Cancellation Policy
To ensure I can accommodate all clients and respect everyone’s time, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or reschedules.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will be subject to a 50% service fee.
• Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment and may be subject to the cancellation fee.
• Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new appointment if rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice.
